The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, high‑quality content that supports the brand’s social media and content plans across key social platforms. The role focuses on hands‑on content creation to support always‑on and campaign activity.
The role creates a variety of content formats, including short‑form videos, photography, copy and basic motion/graphics, aligned with brand guidelines and platform best practices. It supports event and activation coverage, including on‑ground content capture and low‑fi photography for social and internal use. Working closely with the Social Media & Content Manager, the Content Creator supports content calendars, campaign rollouts and daily publishing needs.
The role also coordinates with agencies and external partners to support content production, adapts content for different platforms and assists with performance reviews by optimizing content based on engagement and audience insights.
- Produce high‑quality, platform‑ready content (video, photography, copy) to support always‑on and campaign social activity.
- Support agency‑led content production by capturing complementary assets and ensuring briefs are executed correctly.
- Deliver timely event and activation coverage, including on‑ground content capture and low‑fi photography for social and internal use.
- Adapt, edit and optimise both in‑house and agency‑produced content for platform‑specific performance.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth content handovers and publishing readiness.
- Apply performance insights and feedback to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field. Certifications in Content Creation, social media or Video Production are a plus.
- 2‑3 years of experience in content creation for digital and social platforms, ideally within automotive, tech or luxury sectors.
- Hands‑on experience creating short‑form video, photography and copy for social media.
- Experience supporting event and activation coverage, including on‑ground content capture and low‑fi photography for social and internal use.
- Experience working with agencies or external production partners, supporting briefs, feedback and asset coordination.
