We’re partnering with a fast-growing, digital-first fashion brand seeking an experienced Post Production Manager to take full ownership of post-production and image delivery across e-commerce, campaigns, and paid media.
With a high volume of photography and video produced across multiple channels, this is a critical, high-impact role responsible for ensuring every asset meets brand, creative, and technical standards — and goes live flawlessly.
The RoleThis position holds end-to-end responsibility for post-production, from shoot wrap through to final approval and live website imagery.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong creative judgement, operational excellence, and a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full lifecycle across e-commerce imagery, campaigns, video, and motion assets
- Manage assets from raw delivery through to final approval
- Maintain consistent retouching and finishing standards
- Act as the final quality gate before assets go live
- Brief and manage retouchers, video editors, and designers
- Allocate workloads based on launch priorities and deadlines
- Provide clear, constructive creative and technical feedback
- Maintain high standards across multiple vendors
- Own the upload of all imagery to the website
- Ensure correct file formats, sizing, optimisation, and product association
- Action and manage image updates across departments
- Create and manage post-production schedules aligned to shoot calendars
- Track progress across launches and categories
- Proactively flag risks and improve workflow efficiency
- Maintain clear file naming, version control, and archiving systems
- Support DAM/CMS organisation and asset accessibility
- Ensure teams can quickly access approved, up-to-date assets
- Partner closely with Creative, E-commerce, Buying, Marketing, and Paid Media
- Deliver assets fully ready for use, reducing rework and delays
- 5+ years’ post-production experience within fashion or beauty
- Strong understanding of high-end retouching standards
- Experience uploading and maintaining imagery on CMS/e-commerce platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Adobe Creative Suite workflows
- Colour management and web optimisation
- Understanding of video formats and social specifications
- Experience with CMS and/or DAM platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, or similar)
- Assets are delivered and uploaded on time, every time
- Website imagery is consistently high-quality and commercially optimised
- Image change requests are handled quickly and accurately
- Post-production becomes a trusted, high-performing function
