Start Date: Immediate to 30 days

• Lead end-to-end management of cultural, artistic, and heritage-based projects, from concept development through execution and delivery.
• Oversee curation, research, and creative direction for exhibitions, official gifts, awards, and special cultural initiatives aligned with UAE values and protocols.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders including artists, designers, historians, suppliers, and production teams to ensure high-quality, integrated outputs.
• Manage project governance including master plans, timelines, budgets, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise operations, procurement, logistics, installations, and archival documentation while ensuring compliance with financial and cultural standards.

• 10–13 years of experience in cultural project management, creative production, exhibitions, or heritage-focused initiatives.
• Strong background in stakeholder coordination across creative, operational, and research functions.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, logistics, and end-to-end project execution.
• Understanding of cultural protocols, heritage narratives, and presentation standards within the UAE or similar environments.
• Proficiency in creative collaboration tools and ability to work closely with designers and multimedia teams.
