The RoleAs Post Production Coordinator, you’ll support the Post Production Manager in overseeing the day-to-day flow of creative assets — ensuring everything is organised, delivered on time, and technically flawless.
This is a hands-on, operational role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of assets in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
- 2+ years in a Post Production Coordinator or similar role
- Experience managing high volumes of photography/video assets
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows
- Experience uploading to CMS or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite processes
- Highly organised and systems-minded
- Obsessive about detail and accuracy
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Assets move smoothly through post-production
- Website and social imagery is always accurate and up to date
- Content requests are handled quickly and efficiently
- Asset libraries are clean, structured and trusted
