Graphic Designer

About Your Role

We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer who brings a strong sense of aesthetics, a sharp eye for detail, and proactive, reliable attitude to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.

• Prioritization and coordination of tasks within the team.
• Ensure high-quality results, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee long-term projects, seasonal events and current tasks.
• Creation of new product designs, including logo design, labels, packaging, and product inserts.
• Adjustments and optimization of existing labels, packaging and product inserts.
• Design print materials such as flyers.
• Create mockups and product images for online shop, Amazon, etc.
• Perform digital image editing, retouching, photo montage.
• Support marketing team to achieve communication goals.
• Cross‑channel design of advertising graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.
• Design promotional graphics for shop, newsletter, Google Ads, Turbo, etc.
• Co‑development and implementation of corporate design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (optional).
• Excellent proficiency in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Professional experience in a similar role, combining creative work with commercial/operational management of a department.
• Hands‑on mentality to maintain and continuously improve processes and workflows of the graphics department.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high degree of creativity.
