Creative Lead

You will be responsible for directing the conceptual and visual direction of projects bridging creative execution with strategic commercial goals. You’ll be comfortable presenting your creative ideas to senior stakeholders as well as taking responsibility for the creative direction being rolled across all digital and physical channels—keeping a keen eye on quality control and brand consistency. You don’t have to have held a leadership role for too long;

• Global Creative Direction – Defining the visual and narrative vision for the Privilee brand, campaigns, digital assets and brand identity across all markets.
• Concept Development – Developing member or sales campaign concepts across all digital and physical channels.
• Localisation – Build a cohesive, consistent global brand world without losing local nuance across Privilee’s active markets.
• Quality Control – Ensuring all deliverables align with brand goals and maintain high artistic quality.
• Brand Custodian – Ensuring all marketing content is on‑brand and communicates Privilee’s elevated lifestyle and wellness positioning.
• Team Leader – Guiding a small team of passionate designers, fostering space for innovation, creativity and experimentation while giving supportive feedback.
• AI‑first – Use AI as a strategic enabler, embedding AI tools into the heart of the creative process to maximise output and quality.
• Inspiring – You live to inspire those you work with, setting the benchmark for creative standards and creating space for ideas.
• Hands‑on Leader – You’re equally comfortable setting the creative vision for a campaign as well as jumping in to support with edits to content where needed.

• Collaborative – Working with marketing, product and data teams to translate business insights into effective creative campaigns.

• Confident – You are comfortable presenting and rationalising creative work, helping to sell the impact of your work to stakeholders.

• Experience – 5‑7 years experience in agency or in‑house creative roles, specifically in lifestyle, fitness, wellness, hospitality or e‑commerce.
• Technical Proficiency – Mastery of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Knowledge – Excellent understanding of design trends, user experience and branding principles.
• Channel Native – Strong channel‑native thinking, really understanding how ideas move across multichannel including IG, email, app, paid media.
• Leadership – Proven ability to lead, mentor and provide constructive feedback to a creative team.
• Portfolio – Body of work that shows both conceptual thinking and commercial impact.
• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Product Design – Experience working with product designers would be a plus, but not essential for the role.
