Responsibilities
Develop new designs for digital eMarketing campaigns, including eNewsletters, web pages, email campaigns, landing pages, and ads while following established guidelines.
Assist the Creative Services Team with additional projects as needed.
Refine new designs, make edits to existing projects, and provide production support to Senior Designers and Creative Manager.
Produce web design and production output, such as PDF markups, web‑ready assets for developers, and HTML/CSS pages.
Retouch and manipulate images using Photoshop, and use master pages and style sheets in InDesign.
Archive and retrieve files as requested by the Creative Manager.
Communicate effectively to management, present in group settings both in person and in cross‑site online meetings.
Organize files, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborate with creative project teams, including designers, copywriters, developers, account managers, project coordinators, and outside vendors.
Take direction from Creative Manager and Senior Designers.
QualificationsCollege graduate with a Graphic Design (or related) degree and 3+ years of professional design experience.
Expert level competence in HTML & CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, as well as proficiency with PowerPoint, Flash, InDesign, and email marketing best practices.
Experience with print design and production, as well as working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript.
Excellent project management and production skills.
Experience with Content Management Systems such as Sitecore, Drupal, Joomla, Word Press, etc.
Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn.
