• Create creative surface designs using paints and wood stains.
• Work with colors and materials to develop new visual concepts.
• Support color and stain matching (training will be provided).
• Prepare design samples and presentations for customers.
• Present new ideas and designs to the sales team.
• Follow design trends and develop new concepts.
• Work closely with laboratory and production teams.

• Strong interest in design, colors, and creativity.
• Good sense for colors and visual aesthetics.
• Motivation to learn new skills (training will be provided).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
