Digital Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for various video deliverables, including digital programs, social media videos, stills, and infographics
• Prepare, design, plan concepts, and create layouts for motion graphic projects
• Deliver motion graphics across multiple media platforms including web and mobile
• Collaborate with digital and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
• Work closely with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and design issues
• Edit raw video footage and add effects or elements to enhance motion graphics
• Research and analyze best design techniques to create high-quality motion graphics
• Integrate new technologies such as AI and data visualizations to improve content quality and streamline workflows
• Maintain best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and file organization

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Animation
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (including Adobe Animate)
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro
• Strong creative thinking, visualization, and visual communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills
• Proven competence in design and image manipulation software
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage professional deadlines
