Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate client measurements to ensure a perfect fit considering individual body shapes, proportions, and personal preferences.
• Perform expert garment alterations including resizing, hemming, adjusting seams, and modifying patterns according to client specifications.
• Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and provide professional recommendations on fabric options, design modifications, and alteration possibilities.
• Maintain an organized, efficient workspace, ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and in optimal condition.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proven experience as a tailor, seamstress, or garment alteration specialist.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and sewing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with sewing machines, cutting tools, and garment fitting techniques.
