We are seeking a highly skilled Retoucher to join a fast-paced, multi-brand fashion studio based in Dubai.
This is a key quality control role within a high-volume creative environment, responsible for ensuring all e-commerce and campaign imagery meets the highest visual and technical standards across global digital and marketplace platforms.
You will act as the final QA gate for all retouched imagery delivered by external partners, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and platform requirements. You will also support internal Marketing and Merchandising teams with ad-hoc retouching and image refinement requests.
Responsibilities- Quality control all retouched imagery delivered by external agencies
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for digital + marketplace use
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to external retouching partners
- Act as final approval checkpoint before imagery goes live across all platforms
- Support Marketing + Merchandising teams with additional retouching needs
- Maintain consistency across colour, lighting, cropping, and product representation
- Ensure imagery is correctly optimised for multiple regional and platform requirements
- Work closely with Studio, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to meet tight seasonal deadlines
- Help uphold and maintain high visual standards across all brands
- Strong experience in high-end retouching within fashion or e-commerce
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills
- Strong understanding of colour correction, lighting, and image consistency
- Experience working with external agencies or production partners
- Excellent attention to detail and QA mindset
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Understanding of e-commerce imagery requirements across platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear feedback
