Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop fresh content ideas, detailed video scripts, and storyboards for platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
- Write compelling, persuasive captions and creative marketing copy tailored to high-net-worth real estate audiences and investors.
- Build and manage monthly social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely publishing schedule.
- Collaborate directly with the videography, design, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of creative concepts.
- Assist on-site during property shoots, directing agents or creators to capture high-retention social media hooks and raw footage.
- Monitor social media metrics, track audience engagement, and continuously optimize content strategies based on performance data.
- Research daily viral trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithms to keep our media output ahead of the market.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and identity across all digital touchpoints.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Specialist, preferably within digital agencies or the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing vertical video content (Reels, Tik Toks) and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative writing and content concepts.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, current digital marketing trends, and the visual aesthetics of the Dubai luxury market.
- Exceptional brainstorming skills with the ability to turn complex property data into engaging, easy-to-digest visual stories.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage content pipelines independently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong assets include complete bilingual fluency (Arabic and English), outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and high proficiency in using modern workspace and planning tools (such as Notion, Trello, or Meta Business Suite) to streamline content collaboration.
