Job Overview

The candidate will be part of the Design team within the Digital Office organization. In this position, he/she is responsible for crafting compelling and user‑centric written content that enhances the overall user experience across our digital platforms. He/she is responsible for bridging the gap between design and communication, ensuring that the narrative seamlessly aligns with the visual elements to create an intuitive and engaging user journey.

• Craft compelling and user‑centric written content that enhances the overall user experience across digital platforms.
• Bridge the gap between design and communication, ensuring that the narrative seamlessly aligns with visual elements to create an intuitive and engaging user journey.
• Ideate and contribute to the creative process by translating ideas into compelling copy.
• Apply UX and instructional principles to copywriting.
• Showcase a diverse portfolio and provide examples of how copy contributed to improved user experiences.
• Adapt writing style to different industries and target audiences.

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in the banking or financial industry (considered an asset).
• Experience in the GCC region (considered an asset).
• Human‑centered design practices.
• Proficiency in content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and basic HTML.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Hindi communication, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven professional experience in a relevant industry such as corporate, finance, or retail products.
• Proficiency in reading and writing UK English and Hindi.
• Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in reading and writing in the GCC or UAE National Dialect.
