At Inter Continental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai, we are seeking a Cluster Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate pastry, bakery, dessert, and confectionery operations across two distinctive luxury and lifestyle brands.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Culinary, the Cluster Executive Pastry Chef will oversee pastry and bakery operations for Inter Continental Residences Dubai Business Bay and Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

Your Day‑to‑DayNo two days are the same; your responsibilities will span a range of creative, operational, and leadership activities, including but not limited to:
Pastry Leadership & Culinary Innovation- Develop and execute the cluster pastry vision across both properties
- Create signature desserts, cakes, pastries, bakery items, and seasonal specialties
- Drive innovation while maintaining brand consistency and guest appeal
- Ensure pastry offerings remain competitive, relevant, and trend‑conscious
- Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations across all outlets and events
- Ensure consistency in preparation, presentation, quality, and taste
- Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene compliance standards
- Monitor production planning to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Lead, coach, and inspire pastry teams across both properties
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
- Conduct training and skills development programs for pastry colleagues
- Develop dessert menus, bakery programs, afternoon tea concepts, and specialty offerings
- Create bespoke pastry experiences for events, celebrations, and VIP guests
- Collaborate with F&B and Marketing teams on promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Continuously enhance the guest experience through innovation and storytelling
