Responsibilities
- Capture high-resolution, visually stunning photographs of residential and commercial properties, highlighting key features and architectural details.
- Produce engaging and dynamic property videos, including walkthroughs, drone footage, and lifestyle shots, to create an immersive viewing experience.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to professional standards, ensuring optimal lighting, color balance, and composition.
- Master aerial photography and videography using drones to provide unique perspectives and showcase property surroundings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional real estate photography and videography work.
- Proven experience with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, and advanced lighting techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience operating and filming with drones, holding a relevant drone pilot certification (e.g., FAA Part).
