Senior Designer

Overview

The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing big ideas that can add value to clients, projects, and 360‑degree advertising campaigns. The focus will be on creating visually impactful designs that align with the agency’s and clients’ objectives and resonate with the target audience. The role requires a proactive spirit and resourcefulness in pursuing world‑class design ideas.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and platforms relevant to the advertising industry.
• Utilize technical expertise and tools to create visually stunning designs that amplify the impact of 360‑degree campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Art Directors and Copywriters, to ensure seamless integration of design elements across various touchpoints.
• Serve as guardian of the brand(s) you are responsible for, ensuring brand consistency and quality control on every project.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in industry‑standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Show in‑depth understanding of the conceptualization and execution of big ideas within the context of 360‑degree campaigns.
• Good‑to‑have skills: video‑editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion‑graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Design engaging visuals tailored to each social‑media platform, meeting platform requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop cohesive campaign concepts.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment without compromising quality or attention to detail.
• Proven resourcefulness and proactive attitude in exploring new design techniques and pushing creative boundaries.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to deliver projects on time.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a differentiator.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven 5‑8 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and execute high‑impact designs for 360‑degree campaigns.
