Senior Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the Finance function across multi-entity operations (UAE KSA Qatar India USA).
• Oversee accounting reporting budgeting and financial planning to ensure accuracy compliance and efficiency.
• Drive audits taxation treasury FX and risk management activities with zero delays or penalties.
• Manage cash flow collections payables and credit control to maintain strong working capital.
• Implement ERP and finance automation processes to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning cost optimization and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS VAT ESR UBO ZATCA and other statutory obligations.
• Lead mentor and develop finance teams while promoting collaboration and accountability.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA CA ACCA or CMA) mandatory; MBA preferred.
• 710 years of finance experience including 35 years in the GCC region.

• Proven expertise in IFRS (especially IFRS 15) taxation transfer pricing treasury and FX.
• Strong background in multi-entity finance management and international compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
• Demonstrated leadership analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline.
• Ongoing professional development in international tax audit and financial governance.
• Continuous training in ERP and digital finance systems.
