We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing forex and CFD brokerage dedicated to delivering a superior trading experience through technology, transparency, and exceptional client service. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Junior MT5 & Trading Operations Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the trading environment and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

• Assist in the configuration and management of trading instruments, account groups, leverage, commissions, and other trading parameters on Meta Trader 5.
• Monitor trading activity to ensure accurate execution and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and raise any trading or platform-related issues promptly.
• Support the dealing desk with operational tasks, including trade reviews, account adjustments, and basic risk checks.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of client accounts, including IB and MAM/PAMM structures.
• Participate in testing new platform features and updates.
• Provide internal and external support on platform navigation and trade-related inquiries.

• Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct daily reconciliations between client trading accounts and payment systems.
• Support the integration and testing of new payment methods.
• Monitor transactions and raise any irregularities to compliance.
• Collaborate with the support team to assist clients with payment inquiries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
• Basic understanding of forex and CFD trading principles.
• Familiarity with Meta Trader 5 is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Must possess excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
