Finance Manager

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

• Supervise day to day operations of all direct reports and ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures.
• Ensure month‑end closing commitments in terms of revenue finalisation, inventory and cost reporting, accruals are completed accurately and timely, and that all reporting deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate books, records and accounts that fairly reflect the transactions and administration of the company's assets.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly and correct discrepancies immediately.
• Calculate & report VAT, Corporate Tax and other government fees accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage the Annual Internal Audit and associated reports as well as any interim internal audits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and the Uniform System of Accounts.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Monitor and supervise month‑end activities and prepare monthly P&L and forecast.
• Establish a professional and strong relationship with department heads and key stakeholders within the organisation.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance and a professional finance accreditation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CIMA).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer software systems such as MS Office and knowledge of Quick Books.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and advanced Excel skills.
