Support the business by maximizing approvals for Auto Finance (brokerage), in‑house lending, and lease deals, ensuring all processes and guidelines are followed. Coordinate operational procedures for pre‑screening and account/entity creation, bank placements and follow‑ups, LOI/LPO validation, contract issuance and loan booking.

• Serve as the focal point for all parties in auto finance/lease transactions (banks, Hertz, in‑house, dealerships).
• Validate data and documentation at deal submission; check basic credit parameters before submission.
• Track and maintain turnaround times per SLA; follow up with bankers and credit teams for feedback.
• Validate LOIs/LPOs; generate lease agreements and annexures upon approval; follow up until vehicle delivery.
• Relay feedback accurately to showroom managers; record and track errors; communicate MIS reports and conduct hygiene checks.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and AFF guidelines; maintain accurate records in systems and data sheets.
• Understand credit policies of partner banks and AFF; challenge declines and excessive documentation requests; identify and communicate process gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Understanding of auto sales processes (dealer level) and general auto‑industry knowledge.
• Background in Financial Services.
• Must hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail/consumer banking/Financial Services (sales, ops coordination, or retail credit).

This role reports to Operations Manager – Contract Origination.
