Our client is a fast-growing, internationally backed organisation with operations across multiple countries and a highly decentralised operating model. The business is complex, acquisitive and performance driven, requiring robust financial planning, commercial insight and strong regional leadership to support continued expansion and value creation.
Responsibilities- Lead the regional FP&A function, owning end‑to‑end management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning across multiple entities
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to internal deadlines
- Produce high quality monthly reporting packs with clear variance analysis, performance commentary and insights against budget and forecast
- Challenge financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities, and support leadership with corrective action planning
- Lead the annual budget cycle and biannual forecast process, ensuring assumptions are robust, well understood and aligned to strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain long‑term financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Act as a senior finance business partner to regional leadership, providing commercial insight to support growth, efficiency and profitability
- Support evaluation of strategic, tactical and operational initiatives through detailed financial analysis and scenario modelling
- Provide financial input into pricing reviews, investment cases and capital expenditure proposals
- Monitor capital expenditure against approved budgets and highlight variances or risks
- Deliver detailed profitability analysis by business unit, function and activity, identifying areas for performance improvement
- Analyse operational, sales and marketing data to improve understanding of cost efficiency and return on investment
- Lead performance discussions with senior stakeholders, driving accountability and financial ownership
- Support integration of newly acquired entities into group reporting and planning processes
- Build, develop and coach a regional FP&A and finance community, driving best practice, consistency and capability uplift
- Act as a key regional finance representative, partnering closely with group finance leadership
- Fully qualified finance professional with significant FP&A experience in a commercial, multi‑site environment
- Professional qualification (CA, CMA, CPA) etc.
- 5 to 7 years of experience within the FP&A function
- Strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling
- Proven ability to operate as a senior business partner and influence stakeholders at leadership level
- Experience working in complex, fast‑paced or high‑growth organisations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear business insight
