Quantitative Trader

A technology-driven trading firm is seeking a Quantitative Trader to develop and deploy systematic trading strategies across digital asset markets.

You will work closely with researchers and engineers to identify alpha opportunities, build trading models, and optimise execution across global markets. The role offers significant ownership of strategy development and the ability to take ideas from research through to live trading.

This is a highly technical environment suited to individuals who combine strong quantitative research capability with a practical trading mindset.

• Develop and deploy systematic trading strategies across cryptocurrency markets.
• Identify market inefficiencies through quantitative analysis and data‑driven research.
• Build and refine alpha signals and trading models

• Design and optimise execution strategies and trading algorithms

• Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field
  .
• Experience developing or trading systematic or algorithmic strategies
  .
• Strong programming skills in Python & C++.
• Understanding of market microstructure and electronic trading environments
  .

• Experience trading cryptocurrency or digital asset markets
  .
• Background in high‑frequency, market making, or systematic trading strategies
  .
• Experience working in quant trading firms, proprietary trading firms, or hedge funds
  .
• Familiarity with low‑latency trading infrastructure
  .

• Direct ownership of strategy research and deployment.
