Chief Finance Officer
Our client is a large local group with a market leading position in the UAE. With a diverse portfolio of business interests and subsidiaries they continue to grow and build upon a very successful performance to date. Our client currently seeks an experienced CFO to assume responsibility for the finance function. This role will combine the need for strategic vision with practical technical hands on finance ability.
You will be tasked with ensuring a tight management and financial reporting regime from a large finance team with a diverse range of nationalities. The role will involve enhancing processes and implementing an ERP system. One key aspect of the role is strong relationship management skills both upwards and downwards, with the ability to remain unfazed by robust and demanding personalities on the senior management team.
- Qualified ACA from Big 4
- 3-5 years GCC experience in a senior finance role
- 15 years experience in finance with 5-8 years in a senior finance role
- Multinational experience
- M&A experience
- ERP implementation experience
