This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai for a MT5 & FX Cubic & One Zero & Gateway & Bridge Support Trading Platform Specialist. The responsibilities include supporting the MT5, FX Cubic, and One Zero platforms and ensuring trading gateway and bridge systems function seamlessly. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting platform‑related issues, monitoring system performance, resolving technical queries from clients, coordinating with third‑party vendors, and assisting in the improvement of trading platforms to enhance client experiences.
The role requires a strong commitment to system uptime and timely issue resolution to maintain exceptional trading conditions for clients.
- In‑depth understanding of MT5, FX Cubic, One Zero, Gateway, and Bridge technologies
- Strong technical skills with experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and optimizing trading platforms
- Proficiency in financial markets trading instruments, such as forex, commodities, indices, and more
- Excellent client service capabilities, including responding to technical issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields preferred
- Work experience in financial technology (Fin Tech) or trading organizations is an advantage
- Knowledge of risk management and trading infrastructure would be desirable
