Join our team as a Tax Analyst and Compliance Officer
, where you will support international tax compliance, statutory reporting, and advisory activities while helping mitigate tax and compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions.

The role ensures compliance with corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing (TP), and statutory reporting requirements, supports intercompany transactions, and contributes to tax‑efficient structuring while ensuring the timely submission of tax returns and statutory accounts across relevant jurisdictions, mitigating tax and compliance risks across the Group.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field; professional tax and accounting qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 year experience in international tax, statutory reporting, or compliance, preferably within a multinational organization or professional services firm.
  • Practical experience with transfer pricing rules and regulations and hands‑on exposure to intercompany transactions.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and UAE VAT legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience or exposure to West African tax and statutory environments (e.g. corporate tax, withholding taxes, audit requirements, and indirect taxes) is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting financial close processes and statutory audits for multinational subsidiaries.
  • Proven experience managing multi‑jurisdictional compliance calendars and statutory filing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess transactions from tax, transfer pricing, and statutory reporting perspectives.
  • Sound understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and their practical application.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in tax filings, statutory accounts, and audit support.
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively and meet submission and audit timelines across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain tax and compliance matters to non‑tax stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong professional judgment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
Responsibilities
  • Support compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations, including transaction‑level analysis, filings, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns, VAT filings, and related statutory submissions in the UAE and applicable West African jurisdictions, in line with local regulatory deadlines.
  • Oversee and support the month‑end and year‑end closing process for subsidiaries, ensuring completeness and accuracy of tax‑relevant balances.
  • Coordinate and support the statutory audit of annual accounts for subsidiaries, acting as a key liaison with external auditors and internal finance teams.
  • Monitor and interpret tax and statutory legislation and regulatory developments in the UAE and relevant West African countries, assessing their impact on the Group.
  • Support the preparation, review, and coordination of transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and benchmarking analyses where applicable.
  • Analyze intercompany transactions (goods, services, financing, management fees, royalties), identifying tax and transfer pricing considerations, risks, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing application of transfer pricing policies in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
  • Support tax provisioning, statutory reporting, and disclosures for international entities under the supervision of senior finance and tax management.
  • Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure tax, compliance, and statutory considerations are embedded in cross‑border transactions and intercompany agreements.
  • Support tax audits, statutory audits, and regulatory inquiries, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of responses.
  • Assist in maintaining intercompany and statutory documentation, ensuring alignment with transfer pricing policies, tax compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tax, compliance closing, and reporting processes, controls, calendars, and documentation standards.
