Director, Private Equity — GCC Deal Origination & Execution

We are partnering with a leading investment platform to appoint a Director within its Private Equity team, This role will focus on sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the GCC and select international markets, with exposure to sectors including healthcare, industrials, technology, business services, and logistics.

This is a pivotal hire within a growing platform, offering close interaction with senior leadership and significant responsibility across the full investment lifecycle.

• Drive deal origination, investment theses, and pipeline development across priority sectors and geographies.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
• Prepare and present high-quality investment materials for committee review, contributing to decision-making processes.
• Support portfolio management post-investment through performance tracking, board participation, and value creation initiatives.
• Contribute to exit processes and assist with investor engagement, including co‑investment opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior team members as part of a collaborative investment team environment.

• 7–10 years of experience across private equity, with prior training in investment banking (M&A, leveraged finance) or transaction advisory.
• A solid deal track record with exposure to executing and supporting transactions across relevant sectors.
• Strong understanding of GCC/MENA markets, with an existing network across advisors, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to produce investment committee‑level materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA and/or MBA is advantageous.
