Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of research programmes across retail banking, business banking, and payments, including survey design and hypothesis development
- Write high-quality research reports, white papers, and thought leadership that provide strategic implications for the Middle East market
- Present findings to senior audiences, including C-suite executives and strategy teams at major regional financial institutions
- Drive the development of existing client relationships in the UAE and Gulf through regular, high-quality engagement
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the established client base
- Proactively uncover bespoke research opportunities and develop commissioned research briefs to address specific strategic needs
- Collaborate with global research and data teams to provide regional insights within a global context
- Extensive experience in a research, analyst, or advisory role within financial services research or management consultancy
- Deep subject matter expertise in retail banking, business banking, and/or payments
- Proven experience in quantitative research, including survey design and working with large datasets
- Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of growing client accounts
- Existing professional network within the UAE and Gulf financial services community
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a global team
