Accountant – A salary up to 6000 at JLX International Oil & Gas

JLX International Oil & Gas is looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build their career in the oil & gas sector while gaining hands‑on experience in accounting operations

The selected candidate will manage daily accounting activities, banking operations, payroll processing, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

• Handle cash and bank‑related activities, including petty cash and daily cash position reporting.
• Manage online banking transactions, cheque preparation, and bank communications.
• Process payroll, including WPS transfers and salary reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Record supplier payments and financial transactions in Quick Books.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and update payment status in operational systems.
• Prepare bank financing requests and maintain borrowing records.
• Handle inter‑company transactions and multi‑location data entries.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Assist during audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
• Perform daily banking activities (deposits, withdrawals, exchanges).
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (B.Com).
• 1–2 years of relevant UAE experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with Quick Books.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
• Age below 35.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Fast learner with strong analytical mindset.

• Up to AED 6,000 (depending on experience).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
