VP, FP&A Business Finance - Islamic Banking

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Abu Dhabi – Senior finance business‑partnering position focused on supporting the Islamic Banking business through advanced financial planning, analysis, and performance management.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly management reporting packs, rolling forecasts, customer and product profitability analysis, and ad‑hoc financial analysis to support decision‑making. Also coordinating with Group Finance, Treasury and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data integrity, liquidity and capital management alignment and effective FTP processes.

Supports audit processes, regulatory reporting, implements financial controls, identifies risks and recommends mitigation strategies. Manages and mentors junior team members, ensuring development and capability building within the finance function.

Requires strong analytical capability, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, knowledge of financial platforms such as T24, OBIEE and OneSumX, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Senior Relationship Manager – Transaction Banking Sales

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Abu Dhabi – Part of the Corporate and Investment Banking Group serving over 40,000 commercial, corporate and institutional clients across the UAE and international markets.

Responsible for developing and implementing transaction banking marketing action plans targeting institutional clients, managing client relationships from a working capital perspective to achieve financial targets and drive transaction banking revenue and balance sheet outcomes.

Requires deep expertise in transaction banking products including treasury management, structured trade finance and related financial services. Collaborates with Treasury, Structured Trade, Investment Banking and Operations teams to maximise cross‑selling opportunities and enhance client service levels.

Provides advisory support on complex transaction banking solutions, emerging financial opportunities and problem resolution, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. Provides training to Corporate Relationship Managers to enhance transaction banking sales capability across the organization.

Adheres to internal policies, operational procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining consistent service standards. Central to driving client engagement, revenue growth and strategic banking solutions within a competitive corporate banking environment.

Manager – Anti‑Fraud

Tabby, United Arab Emirates – Responsible for leading fraud prevention strategy across multiple regulated financial products including BNPL, digital wallets and money transfer services.

Builds and implements a unified fraud governance framework aligned with UAE regulatory requirements, including CBUAE authentication standards and relevant federal decrees.

Accounts for compliance with AML/CFT obligations, STR/SAR filing via goAML, maintaining strong audit readiness and traceable fraud control documentation.

Manages cross‑product fraud risks such as synthetic identity fraud, first‑party fraud, merchant collusion, ATO, unauthorized wallet top‑ups, money mule activity, structuring, sanctions evasion and cross‑product fraud layering across BNPL, wallet and transfer ecosystems.

Monitors high‑risk remittance corridors, detects emerging fraud threats including deepfake KYC bypass, AI‑generated document fraud, fraud‑as‑a‑service models and social media‑driven recruitment. Coordinates with UAE law enforcement agencies for fraud escalation and evidence preparation.

Ensures integration of fraud prevention with AML frameworks and supports advanced monitoring strategies using cross‑product data correlation and risk analytics.
