amana does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management or discretionary investment services. Our role is to provide clients with access to financial markets and factual information regarding our products and services within a regulated framework.

The role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Financial Markets Sales Executive to join our Dubai office and support our direct business operations within the Urdu and Hindi speaking market.

This role focuses on client engagement, onboarding support, platform and product explanation, and maintaining high standards of client servicing within a regulated financial services environment.

What you will be working on
  • Managing inbound client enquiries and supporting clients through the account opening and funding process
  • Conducting client conversations in Urdu and/or Hindi
  • Explaining amana’s products, platform functionality and trading mechanics clearly and accurately on an informational basis only
  • Providing factual information regarding trading products, including leverage, margin requirements and associated market risks
  • Maintaining disciplined follow-up and high standards of client servicing
  • Maintaining responsive and professional client communication
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activity and sales performance within CRM systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support a seamless onboarding and client experience
  • Operating at all times within amana’s compliance, regulatory and conduct framework
What we are looking for
  • Business-level English is essential, alongside fluent spoken and written Urdu and Hindi
  • A genuine interest in financial markets is essential- you should already be comfortable discussing core trading concepts such as CFDs, leverage, margin and market risk
  • This knowledge may come from academic study, prior experience in financial services, active personal engagement with markets, or self-directed learning and trading experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards measurable activity and performance targets
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience within relationship management, sales, client servicing or financial services
  • High levels of professionalism, accountability and attention to regulatory standards
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
