Tax associate

Prepare, review and finalize quarterly and annual tax reports and returns.

• Maintain, organise and regularly update the company’s tax records and databases.
• Apply strong accounting and taxation knowledge to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage tax return filings and respond to related queries from authorities.
• Perform detailed tax computations to determine tax liabilities and advise clients on tax‑efficient strategies.
• Handle transfer pricing assignments including benchmarking studies and documentation.
• Support international tax structuring engagements including matters related to DTAA.
• Monitor industry trends and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, analyses and presentations for clients.

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and accounting software such as MS Office, Tally, Quick Books, Zoho, Sage or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate reports and presentations.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various company or client locations as required.
• Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and maintains strict confidentiality at all times.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / CPA with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
