Finance Manager​/Tier 2

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Oversee the audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits with minimal findings.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.

Holds a professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Demonstrates a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with significant experience in a Big 4 or Tier 2 accounting firm.

Has experience in the manufacturing, technology, or financial services industries is highly desirable.
