Key Job Responsibilities

  • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls.
  • Support the month‑end cycle including posting accruals and preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
  • Record transactions in ERP.
  • Process payments: vendor payments, government payments, insurance and other business‑related payments, office rent, utilities, etc.
  • Ensure daily tasks are conducted in an organized manner.
  • Prepare supplier account reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Prepare reconciliation between divisions and identify variances.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely recording of transactions.
  • Identify and accurately record payments subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding tax.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Maintain and update insurance‑related records and provide necessary information as requested.
  • Prepare financial reports and ad‑hoc analysis as requested.
  • Contribute to implementation and optimization of financial systems and software including ERP.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other job‑related projects or assignments as requested by direct supervisor/manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ZATCA Rules & Regulations, GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with Oracle/ERP and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross‑functional working relationships.
  • Attention to detail.
