Bachelor​/Master​/Diploma in Finance – Tax Law

About the Role

We are looking for a tax specialist to build on your solid foundation in tax law and to develop and combine both standardized and customized structuring models in corporate tax law. The role guarantees excellent training in structuring advice and the continuous development of your consulting skills and expertise.

• Preparation, support and responsibility for projects in corporate tax law.
• Focus on restructuring, corporate succession, corporate transactions and international tax law.
• Preparation of short expert reports and client presentations.
• Participation in client meetings and presentations.
• Communication with clients via telephone, video call and in‑person meetings.
• Work at the interface between design consulting and ongoing tax consulting (80% design consulting, 20% tax consulting) to become familiar with both areas.

• You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in tax law or a diploma in finance.
• Ideally you have a master's degree or are aiming for a (part‑time) master's degree in tax law and would like to take the tax advisor exam in the future.
• Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• DATEV knowledge is not mandatory.
• In‑depth knowledge of tax law and corporate tax law and interest in complex structuring models.
• Ability to prepare tax‑related documents and presentations as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn, initiative and team spirit.
• Quickly grasp complex issues and process them in a structured manner.
• Enjoy exchanging ideas with colleagues and encouraging young colleagues.
• Desire to take on more responsibility and handle technical topics independently.
