Chartered Accountant – Contracting & Construction

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team within the contracting and construction sector.

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Oversee project costing and ensure accurate cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Handle audits, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with project and operations teams to monitor financial performance.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA).
• Prior experience in a contracting or construction company is mandatory.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project costing, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• In-depth understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Native Hindi speaker.
