Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles to maintain financial integrity.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Coordinate operational workflows, optimize processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a strong foundation for understanding financial principles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or operations, demonstrating practical application of skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience preferred, bringing valuable context and understanding of the specific business environment.
