Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis process to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Implement robust budgeting processes, guiding departments to understand their financial goals and constraints.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA, showcasing advanced financial acumen.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the Construction industry.
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles.
