Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Financial Management
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze discrepancies and report variances to the management.
• Compliance and Audits
  • Ensure compliance with local financial laws and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Taxation
  • Handle tax-related activities, including filing returns and coordinating with tax authorities.
  • Stay updated on local tax regulations to ensure compliance.
• General Accounting Duties
  • Post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Conduct regular financial reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Tally, or SAP).
• Strong knowledge of Uzbek and/or Russian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Fluency in Uzbek and/or Russian; basic English is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in the finance sector or multinational organizations is an advantage.
