Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations, reporting, compliance, and fund finance activities of a diversified organization operating across real estate investment funds and fintech solutions within DIFC.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in fund accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), regulatory compliance, treasury management, and financial strategy, with deep knowledge of DIFC regulatory frameworks, IFRS standards, and investment structures. Lead and manage the company’s overall financial operations across real estate funds and fintech business units.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and investment plans.

Support the CEO and executive management with strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning.

Provide financial insights on acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and expansion opportunities.

Drive financial governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Oversee accounting and financial management of real estate investment funds and SPVs.

Manage NAV calculations, fund performance reporting, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.

Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, custodians, and legal advisors.

Prepare detailed investor reports, financial models, and investment performance analysis.

Monitor portfolio performance, cash flow projections, and asset valuations.

Support fundraising activities, due diligence processes, and investor relations.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

Maintain compliance with DIFC regulations, DFSA requirements, tax regulations, AML policies, and corporate governance standards.

Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting submissions.

Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transactions and fund structures.

Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.

Monitor cash flow requirements for investment activities and operational expenditures.

Oversee debt facilities, financing arrangements, and capital structure management.

Implement robust financial risk management practices, including FX exposure and investment risks.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Develop advanced financial models for real estate projects, investment portfolios, and fintech operations.

Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for financial and operational monitoring.

Support financial operations related to fintech platforms, digital payment solutions, and financial technology products.

Monitor transaction flows, reconciliation processes, and revenue streams.

Ensure financial controls and reporting mechanisms for fintech operations are scalable and compliant.

Collaborate with technology and operations teams to optimize financial systems and ERP integrations.

Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams across multiple business units.

Build a high-performance finance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
