Relationship Manager, Investment Banking – Dubai, UAE Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships within our investment banking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and delivering tailored financial solutions that align with clients’ investment goals. This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of investment banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Understand clients’ investment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm’s client portfolio.
- Work closely with the investment banking team to structure and present financial products and services.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling investment solutions.
- Provide clients with insights on market trends, investment strategies, and financial products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment solutions.
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, investment recommendations, and risk disclosures.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and financial market developments.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with traders, analysts, and product specialists to deliver comprehensive investment solutions.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to investment banking policies.
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management within investment banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of investment banking products, capital markets, and financial instruments.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
