We’re looking for a skilled and detail-driven Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP team and drive efficient, accurate, and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced finance environment.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the AP team, including hiring and performance management.
• Invoice & Payment Oversight: Manage end-to-end AP processes—invoice receipt, coding, approval workflows, and payment execution.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Monitor AP aging, resolve discrepancies, and prepare month-end accruals and reconciliations.
• Vendor Management: Serve as a liaison to vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to streamline AP workflows.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.
• Vendor Onboarding: Oversee onboarding and ensure proper compliance documentation is in place.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
