Position Summary:
As a member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the three-year strategic planning process. Your responsibilities will extend to actively engaging in company wide initiatives focused on value creation. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the development of standardized finance planning and analysis models for implementation across all Operational Companies (OpCos) and Business Units (BUs). Your involvement will also encompass aiding in the formulation and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting mechanisms to improve financial decision support and streamline target setting processes across various business units and countries.
Moreover, you will conduct in-depth analytics pertaining to asset-level performance and collaborate closely with the finance team to achieve our objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Exceptional communication abilities
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including presence, confidence, and poise
Proactive approach with a high sense of ownership and initiative.
