Relationship Manager – Private Banking

We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager – Private Banking for one of our clients, a leading international private banking institution serving ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class private banking platform actively expanding its international coverage. The successful candidate will manage and grow relationships with UHNW and HNW clients while leveraging an established network across Western Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and/or CIS/Russian Nexus markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new UHNW/HNW clients and expand existing relationships to grow a portable book of business with a minimum of USD 300 million in Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Deliver holistic wealth management advice, including investment solutions, portfolio construction, lending, insurance, and succession planning.
  • Act as the primary trusted advisor and single point of contact, coordinating with internal specialists across investment, credit, treasury, and fiduciary services.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth through AUM expansion and transactional banking activities.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews while ensuring full compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal risk management standards.
  • Represent the bank at exclusive networking events and leverage professional networks across Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and CIS markets.
  • Build long‑term client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the private banking franchise through proactive business development and client acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management with a strong track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Existing portable book of business of approximately USD 300 million or more is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing and developing relationships with UHNW and HNW clients.
  • Strong client network across Western Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and/or CIS/Russian Nexus markets.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management products, investment advisory, portfolio management, and cross‑border structuring solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate new business opportunities and significantly grow Assets Under Management.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with strong ambition, commercial drive, and a proven hunger for success.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive within a high‑performing international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are considered a strong advantage.
  • For Hong Kong‑based candidates, licensing for Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4 is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • For Dubai‑based candidates, familiarity with DFSA and UAE regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Russian, or other European languages are highly valued.
