Job Summary
- To originate, win and anchor scaled EAM relationships across the Middle Eastern Region, converting structural opportunity into concentrated AUM growth
- Map and prioritise top-tier EAMs in DIFC with a focus on scaled firms with AuM USD
200m and above - Build direct access to founders, CIOs, partners and/or decision makers within target EAMs
- To help expand the private banking EAM business by originating and onboarding scaled EAMs
- Drive profitable growth by converting opportunities into AUM growth
- Focus on scaled firms with AuM USD
200m and above
- Position SCB PvB as the core anchor partner
- Lead commercial negotiations and wallet concentration
- Deliver net new money target
- Adhere and be diligent to the Bank’s policies and procedures and the regulations as part of the Bank’s fight against money laundering and fraud
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and improving process (where applicable)
- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, energy and enthusiasm
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer‑centric solutions
- Painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action

- Making good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward
- Private Banking/intermediary experience
- Strong DIFC, UAE and GCC network at partner/CIO level
- Proven origination track record
- Solid knowledge of banking practices and associated regulatory requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Commercially credible at senior forums
