Finance & Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and supporting schedules
- Coordinate VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain organized financial records, contracts and supporting documentation
- Manage relationships with banks and coordinate KYC updates, account reviews and compliance requirements
- Prepare banking documentation and support account openings, amendments and other banking activities
- Maintain records of banking facilities, guarantees and corporate correspondence
- Manage DMCC license renewals, regulatory filings and corporate compliance requirements
- Maintain company licenses, permits, corporate records and statutory documents
- Liaise with service providers, consultants, banks and government authorities
- Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure timely completion of all compliance obligations
- Oversee general office administration and document management
- Coordinate employee onboarding, visa processing renewals and personnel records
- Manage vendor relationships, office expenses and administrative service providers
- Support management with correspondence, scheduling, reporting and operational coordination
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives across the business
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of UAE experience in accounting, finance, and administration
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, banking procedures, and corporate compliance
- Experience dealing with DMCC or UAE free zone entities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience working with DMCC
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate tax requirements
- Experience dealing with banks and preparing corporate documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn
