Multi Bank.io is the regulated cryptocurrency exchange under Multi Bank Group, offering a user‑friendly platform for instant, secure trading including Bitcoin, Ethereum and more. As we expand our offerings in the cryptocurrency space, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales growth and expand our client base. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our business — you will be the face of our exchange in the market, responsible for bringing in new clients and forging partnerships that drive trading volume and revenue across our web and mobile platforms.

The right candidate is a proven closer with a strong network in the UAE financial or crypto space, a deep understanding of digital assets, and the credibility to represent a licensed, regulated exchange to retail clients, institutional investors, and strategic partners alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and onboarding new clients.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of retail traders, high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional accounts.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new registrations, funded accounts, and trading volume.
  • Present and demo our web and mobile trading platforms to prospective clients and partners.
Partnerships & Business Alliances
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brokers, OTC desks, financial advisors, fintech companies, and investment firms.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and develop mutually beneficial referral or white‑label arrangements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums across the UAE and GCC.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights on market trends, pricing, and client behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go‑to‑market strategies with client needs.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
Compliance‑Aware Selling
  • Conduct all business development activities in full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the compliance team to ensure smooth KYC/AML completion during client onboarding.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building a client base from scratch.
  • Strong working knowledge of crypto markets, trading products, and digital asset infrastructure.
  • An active network of potential clients or partners in the UAE or broader GCC region.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English;
    Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience operating within a regulated financial environment (VARA, ADGM, DIFC, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
