Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the principal financial advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Present consolidated financial performance, strategic insights, and risk analysis to the Board.
• Lead financial governance across all group entities and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Represent the Group in key financial discussions with auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Drive long‑term financial strategy, planning, and business performance optimization.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across diversified business units to ensure profitability, cost efficiency, and sustainable financial growth.
• Establish financial KPIs and performance tracking systems for CAPEX, OPEX, and working capital.
• Oversee end‑to‑end CAPEX planning, evaluation, and approval processes.
• Optimize OPEX across manufacturing and trading operations.
• Drive working‑capital efficiency, including receivables, payables, and inventory control.
• Ensure optimal capital allocation across business verticals.
• Manage group-wide treasury operations and liquidity planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with UAE and international banks.
• Negotiate and structure credit facilities, trade finance instruments, working‑capital limits, and corporate funding structures.
• Ensure effective cash‑flow management and multi‑currency exposure control.
• Lead internal and external audits in coordination with Big‑4 audit firms.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, UAE statutory regulations, and governance frameworks.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting accuracy; resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, and UBO regulations; oversee tax planning, filing, and reporting activities.
• Monitor updates in UAE financial laws and ensure organisational compliance.
• Oversee manufacturing cost structures, production costing, and margin analysis.
• Improve financial efficiency through operational cost control and productivity tracking.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to enhance profitability.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance leadership team across group entities.
• Define finance structure, KPIs, and governance frameworks; build a finance culture focused on discipline, accuracy, and accountability.

• 21+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 18+ years in the UAE.
• Proven track record in group‑level finance leadership within manufacturing, trading, or diversified conglomerate environments.
• Strong experience in strategic financial management, board‑level reporting, and corporate governance.
• Demonstrated expertise in CAPEX, OPEX, and working‑capital management.
• Expertise in treasury and cash‑flow management, banking relationships, and trade‑finance structuring.
• Experience coordinating with Big‑4 audit firms and ensuring financial compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, and UBO regulations.
• Hands‑on experience in IFRS‑based financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including production costing, inventory control, and margin optimisation.
• Proven ability to operate in high‑pressure, fast‑paced, multi‑entity environments.
• Strong leadership capability with experience in building and managing high‑performing finance teams.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills with exposure to Board of Directors, auditors, and senior banking executives.
