Overview
Our client is an international trading company operating in the physical trading of crude oil and petroleum products. The role involves participation in the full cycle of operational support for crude oil and petroleum product trading transactions.
Location & Working ConditionsLocation:
Dubai, UAE. Work format: office-based, full-time.
Relocation:
Candidates from Russia and Belarus who are ready to relocate to Dubai are considered, as well as candidates already based in the UAE.
- Coordination of international shipments and monitoring the timely execution of transactions
- Business correspondence and negotiations with foreign counter parties
- Preparation and review of foreign trade shipping and financial documents
- Work with invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations, letters of credit, insurance and supporting documents
- Control of transaction data accuracy, reconciliations and preparation of reports
- Interaction with traders, suppliers, clients, carriers, agents and government authorities
- Monitoring of operational risks, delays, discrepancies in documents and potential bottlenecks
- Participation in the optimization of logistics costs and internal processes
- Ensuring compliance with foreign trade logistics Incoterms requirements and internal company policies
- Employment in Dubai, UAE in an international business environment; office-based work format.
- Working schedule: 5/2.

- Higher education.
- At least 3 years of mandatory experience in the oil industry: trading operations, foreign trade, international logistics, and support of crude oil / petroleum product shipments.
- Understanding of physical trading processes: contract → nomination / shipment → documents → payments → reconciliations → transaction closure.
- Russian - Native. English language proficiency at B2–C1 level. French language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, foreign trade contracts, invoices, packing/shipping documents, customs documents, bills of lading, and letters of credit.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with maritime logistics, shipping companies, terminals, or international carriers.
- Can manage several transactions simultaneously.
- Is comfortable working with a large volume of documents and deadlines.
- Notices discrepancies and is able to resolve them.
- Communicates confidently with different transaction participants in English and French.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a high level of responsibility.
- Wants to develop in an international environment and work in dynamic commodity trading.
