Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forex Account Manager, to drive client acquisition, manage client relationships, and promote our Forex trading solutions. The role requires strong sales skills, deep understanding of the Forex markets, and the ability to advise clients on trading strategies while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Client Acquisition:
    Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients for Forex trading services.
  • Account Management:
    Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Retention & Network Management:
    Maintain a strong personal book of contacts and actively contribute to client retention; low churn across your client relationships is a key performance metric.
  • Product Advisory:
    Advise clients on Forex products, trading platforms, and market opportunities tailored to their trading goals.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Deliver compelling sales presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Risk Management

    Education:

    Educate clients on trading risks and assist in developing sound risk management strategies.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay updated on global economic events, market trends, and currency fluctuations to provide timely market insights.
  • Sales Performance:
    Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; report on sales activities and performance regularly.
  • Internal

    Collaboration:

    Coordinate with internal teams (research, marketing, support, and compliance) to enhance client experience and service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
    Forex certifications are a plus.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within Forex, financial services, or trading platforms.
  • Forex Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, technical analysis, and risk management.
  • Sales

    Skills:

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Communication:
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex trading concepts.
  • Networking:
    Ability to build strong networks and attract high‑potential clients.
  • Market Analysis:
    Skilled in interpreting market trends and economic data to support client trading decisions.
  • Technology:
    Proficiency with Forex trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5, cTrader, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Adaptability:
    Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and evolving market environment.
