About the Role
Gulf Capital Intelligence is building a dedicated private credit coverage capability. This analyst role specialises in covenant analysis, credit structuring assessment, cash flow modelling, and lender‑side due diligence for direct lending, mezzanine, and distressed debt transactions across the GCC.
You will produce the credit intelligence layer for mandates where our clients are deploying capital into private lending structures. This includes EBITDA coverage analysis, security assessment, inter‑creditor analysis, and regulatory compliance review under DFSA and Saudi SAMA frameworks.
